Yesterday Carlos finished the stoop and siding. He repaired the siding and installed the railing. Finally, something in this remodeling project is finally done!

This is shot of the stoop in late June 2006. Lori and I were getting the place cleaned up for the 4th of July pool party with her kids.

Here's what it looks like today.
The planting might even start today.
Some difference, huh?

Crabby - Thanks, I sure do. Seems like it's been forever.
Tug - Thanks. I love that door. Someone told me they have the same one and it's starting to fade. Said I better get a storm door if I want it to stay like this.
Zoely - Your welcome any time!
SM - I'm thinking next summer. I have a lot more to do to make the place presentable to company.
Libby - Thanks. Looks so bare without plants in front. The landscaper was going to come last week, but because the guy was working on the front, I told him no. Now we'll see when he comes.
