How do you like your coffee?

I like my coffee regular. I made a fresh pot when I got up this morning like always. It was just after 11:30, so still technically morning. Then I poured a cup of coffee, put in a little raw sugar and then poured in some milk. I guess those little white curds floating around means I need to buy fresh milk? I better go food shopping today.

I don't drink coffee much, but when I do, I like cream, no sugar. I do like flavored cappuccino, though.

Hey cuz
What happen to Sat. entry? Did you go out and get too hung over to write on Sat.

SilverGirl - I don't go much for flavored coffees of cappuccino. I relly enjoy regular cappuccino though.

Thanks Marge - Good to see you.

Hi Cuz - I was writing more about Vietnam. Actually, rewriting it from the beginning, but not on the blog. When you getting a blog?

Black? Ewwwww..... Well, black ain't bad if you put Bailey's in it. I guess it's not black then, is it? Oh well.

Jonathan - My milk is well on it's way to that. I went out and had a two or eleven beers with dinner, so I forgot about shopping.

Bailey's & coffee...

Bailey's & hot chocolate...

Or just Baileys... God I love that Irish Cream!!

Wait, we're talkign about coffee...hehe

I like mine with a splash of french vanilla creamer and a tiny bit of splenda. I will drink and entire pot of coffee all throughout the day if I don't pay attention. Then when I'm in traffic and clawing up the windsheild to throttle the other folks...I realize its the caffeine.

At least that's what I blame.

*kisses*

((BTW, regarding your Vietnam post...I just can't put into words what I want to say...I just...wow))

Blondie - I like the chocolate flavored creamer, if anything. Bailey's & Kaluia over chocolate ice cream is something you really need to try, especially if you've been partying. Just chill it first. Ever try B&B? Now that is some tasty libation.

I'm glad you liked this chapter of my story. Which part of story left you speechless? My dieing seems to catch most people I tell the story to by surprise. That one moment in my life, has done wonders for me. My entire outlook on life changed completely after that. I have been able to adapt much more easily to life shattering events like my father's death and Barbara's. I look at my time in Vietnam as a blessing and wouldn't trade that adventure for anything.

I am a "coffee snob" lol I am very particular about coffee...it's bad!! :) But I love mine with Equal or Splenda and half and half. Mmmm. Makes me want one now!! hehe

Nothing sucks worse than anticipating that yummy cup of coffee only to see little white curds floating in it.....bummer! :o(

I love coffee I didn't have to make myself. :)

I like just sugar. Lots and lots of sugar.

I like my coffee black.
Don't like expresso.
Love the flavor of coffee...just not coffee mud.
I will drink it with cream and sugar or even that vanilla coffee mate.
But plain old black joe is good.
Some of my earliest memories is of my dad and I going out for a cup of coffee.
Our family starts making coffee the minute you walk in the door.

What do y ou offer your guests to drink immediately?

Not much of a coffee drinker. Cappucino and hot cocoa are OK but I rarely drink ANYthing hot. Diet Coke is my caffeine kickstart.

Is that a bad omen for the rest of your day?

i hope not.

I TOTALLY agree with Wenchy. After Don's made the coffee, I add Hershy's syrup and milk. I did cut down from half & half to skim milk, after too many desperate mornings wondering if the flavor would be okay if I just scooped those little white chunks out - learned not to depend on the h&h... one less thing to shop for. With kids in thehouse, the milk never has time to go bad.

Chelle - The floaters went down without a problem. They gave the coffee an interesting taste too.

Velma - I used to drink a lot of tea, still do, just not so much.

Libby - No hot drinks?

Wenchy - I like everything I don't have to make myself, except woopie. ;-)

Aughra - But you can't taste the coffee then. I am so not a sweets person.

Speckledpup - Don't get any guests anymore :-( But, when I did, hardly ever coffee unless it was specifically for desert. I don't consider coffee a hanging out beverage. Maybe wine, beer or hard stuff.

Betcha - I drink diet soda too. Can't take all that sweet stuff anymore.

Chick - Oh no way. I had a very nice Yahoo chat last night with a very beautiful young lady. Didn't get to bed until early this morning. :-)

Sam - Got to have coffee with H&H. Skim is just not right. But if it was added with chocolate syrup, I guess that doesn't matter.

Yeah.......... true. Wanna cook me dinner?

Wenchy, I already told you, you could come over, get your pass port.

EEEWWWW little floaties ??. Time for new milk for sure *LOL*. I love raw sugar & 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee. Lattes are the yummiest from Starbucks :-).

cream only....

gee...if I don't have coffee by 11:30 I'm not a very fun person, I get really grouchy... I start my pot at about 5:30-6:00 am

I'll just stick with the Dr. Pepper, thanks :) . It's tops on my 100 things about me list that I just posted haha! Gotta have that caffeine!

The Funky Bee said...

wow, you got up at 11:30? JEALOUS!

I like my coffee with half and half, almost two splenda and a few shakes of cinnamon! YUM

The milk thing doesn't necessarily mean it was bad. Sometmes when you pour cold milk/milk based liquids into other liquids that are very hot it scalds it and makes the white curds. Not to worry BT, although you would know better than us if it's time to do some food shopping! Good luck with that!

oohh! I started reading some of your other comments and Baily's in coffee is also deelish - one of my fave's! Well, I like any liquor in my cofee other than that I guess too. Irish Coffee, Mexican Coffee, they are all yummy!

kaliblue - It gave the coffee an interesting taste. That was regular H&H. Next time I'm going back to the fat free version, that shit lasts forever. Starbucks is too expensive, but with whiskey might be worth it.

Chickie - I can sew too. Is there no end to my talents? WE may never know. ;-)

MG - I used to have to get up at 5:30 but now it's 7:30 on work days.

No One - Dr Pepper is good, I had it with my lunch today, but just not for breakfast.

Roxi - What? A few curds won't hurt anyone. You just have to get used to the particles when swallowing. ;-)

Funky Bee - Spenda is a great sugar substitute. Best one out there as far as I know. I might agree with you about your curds comment, but they did change the taste. I love all kinds of liquor in my coffee too. We should get together and make a pot of coffee and try a sample of all the liquors and rate them.
