The wake and funeral for my father-in-law went better than I expected, but there was a problem at the cemetery which I'll tell you about next week. After the grave site ceremony, we all went over to Barbara's grave, which is in the same cemetery. That was really difficult. Not for me because I'd already been there, but this was the first time my mother-in-law and my son Brian saw the grave. That was the worst part for me anyway.
Well, Brian is sleeping at his girl friends house tonight and Lori is coming over very shortly. I bought steak, orange cauliflower, sweet potatoes, three different kinds of diet tonic and four different kinds of gin. We are going to have a tonic and gin taste test. Then after dinner, I expect Lori and I will do A LOT of snuggling. I could really use this after the week I've had.
Well, y'all have a nice weekend and I'll see you next week.

lOVE YOU
It's very hard to face a gravesite, it makes things seem so ... final. And they are.
Enjoy your snuggling with Lori. You need a little comfort.
many hugs babe...
I hope you have a most relaxing weekend. Snuggle plenty too!
Glad you made it through the funeral. Now go get a lot of snuggling done. Have a great weekend
this is a very good time to snuggle, with all you've gone through this week, you both deserve all of it you can get!!
Aww, hang in there, buddy! What a rough time you've had. I know you handled it with proper grace as only a man such as yourself would do.
Hope the snugglin' is wonderful!
