A few months ago, I received a call from the Hilton Grand Vacation Club offering me a 3-day, 2-night stay at any Hilton Grand Vacation Club for just $140. All I had to do was take a 2-hour tour of the facility. I asked her about Las Vegas. She sweetened the deal by offering me a $25 meal credit and $40 in casino credit. I told the woman that I didn't gamble and she told me to just cash the credit in for the money. Basically, the stay would cost me $75 plus airfare. I took them up on the offer and booked a stay at the hotel on the Strip in Las Vegas. I did book an extra day for $109 to make traveling that far worth all the effort.
Last Friday Lori and I flew to Las Vegas for the extended weekend. We arrived at the hotel just before noon on Friday and were given room 1610 in tower 2. The room was a studio room with a wet bar, microwave and small fridge.Here's the view at night of the Strip from our room. I loved the view...
... and so did Lori.
